This one serves her as a great post-trainer protein blast but is good for anyone trying to fuel cleanly after any workout.
4 Ice Cubes
2 Tbsp. PB - Preferably Teddie’s
3-4 Frozen Strawberries
¼ Cup Blackberries (add a few extra for a that beautiful purple color)
1 Scoop of your favorite protein powder - we love Vega Viva Vanilla
1 ½ Cup Almond Milk
Combine ingredients, blend, enjoy!
