Cantaloupe Smoothie :: Recipe
- 1 Cantaloupe - Cut and cubed to separate melon from skin.. but don’t be afraid to get as much green in there as possible - it’s good for ya!
- 16oz Orange Juice
- 12oz Coconut Milk
- 4-6 Ice Cubes
Only one cup of diced cantaloupe contains more than 100% the recommended daily value of Vitamin A and is a great source of Vitamin C as well. Cantaloupes peak in freshness between June and September making this a perfect late summer treat - it’s high water content can help you stay hydrated and big portions are great for hot and humid mornings or afternoons.
